All North American servers will be coming down for maintenance shortly and we estimate that the downtime will last for roughly 30 minutes. This should resolve the issue preventing many of you from connecting to Aion through proxy servers.

West coast servers are back online. East coast servers are cycling now. Thank you for your patience.

Unfortunately there's never going to be a perfect time to restart our servers, though I think it's fair to say there are certainly times that are more convenient than others. I'd like to apologize to those of you that have been inconvenienced by the restarts that coincided with active Fortress Sieges. Many of us understand how aggravating this was based on past personal experience.

Having said all that, all servers should now be back online after a staggered server-wide restart. Issues preventing users from playing have been rectified and no further maintenance should be required at this time.

Once again, our apologies go out to those affected. Thank you so much for your patience!!
