Greetings Daevas, This week we’d like to wish all of our US players a very happy July 4th, and we hope your celebrations are full of BBQ, fireworks, and ice cold bee . . . Wait a minute! It’s July? Where has this year gone, and why do I feel like we’ve accidentally entered a time accelerator? I digress. As you probably read earlier, we’ve decided to delay server merges for one week so that we could develop a better way to resolve how name conflicts are handled. If you missed this announcement, make sure to give it a read to better understand what it means for you. Now it’s time for our Question of the Week! Question of the Week Mongy of Telemachus asks: “How many times will you be able to transfer your character freely (with no cost) after the server merge? I know you wrote that you can transfer unlimited characters, BUT how many times can you transfer one particular character from one server to another and back?” During the free character transfer period, characters you submit for transfer are placed in a collated list, together with transfer requests from other players. The transfers outlined in this list will all be executed at the same time during weekly maintenance. Because transfers are moved in a batch each week, you will be able to transfer your character up to six times before the 18th of August, when the free character transfer period ends. Our intent is to let you test the waters so that you can decide which server best suits you. We encourage you to give your new server a chance before making the jump.
